Mortgage Rates Hold Steady

Freddie Mac released the results of its Primary Mortgage Market Survey (PMMS) on Thursday, which showed that mortgage rates remained flat this week, largely due to recent actions by the Treasury Department and the U.S. central bank to create more affordable conditions for homebuyers and homeowners looking to refinance their existing mortgages.
