Increase Closing Ratios With A Loan Tracking System.

Be sure to have an efficient system in place for tracking documentation and status for all of your loan files. As a veteran processor with 16 years experience, I have always structured my tracking so that any other person can pick up one of my files at a time of need and know exactly what has been ordered, when documentation is received, if things need to be followed up on, when things are expected... Every good processor must have a tracking system in place as routine procedure with each file. Whether it be a handwritten tracking log, an electronic document tracking list, or a tracking spreadsheet; make sure that you have a procedure and process in place to help keep you and your files organized!
**Note** most software systems offer an electronic document tracking feature- are you utilizing yours?
