Hi, do you happen to have any update regarding the HVCC requirements for RHS USDA loan programs? I assume they will follow the HUD guidelines that lenders must order the appraisals staring with case#'s 2/15/10 & after but how do you thing this will be handled for the USDA RHS loan files? Have to heard of any effective dates from USDA regarding this?
