At the end of last year and beginning of the New Year I like to share my favorite resources for finding information that can be utilized to learn agency product guidelines, requirements and restrictions. Because HUD was so active releasing Mortgagee Letters and a number of important FHA guideline change dates were taking affect, I was interrupted a bit before finishing the issuing of my lists. Now that things have slowed a bit on the “FHA front” for now, I would like to resume my communications of my favorite freebie lists.
