This week, as we approach the end of yet another crazy year in our industry, I thought I’d mix things up a bit and provide some lighter reading but reading that nonetheless, might just provide you the motivation you need to turn a negative attitude and stressful time of year into a positive and joyful experience that will motivate you to prepare for a wonderful new year!

In times of conflict and stress, I sometimes find that simply reading the quotes of other successful people is all it takes to move my mind in a positive direction with great enthusiasm and vision of the future.
