Electronic Signature and Records Association (ESRA) Supports FHA Policy Change

Members of The Electronic Signature and Records Association (ESRA), the premier trade association representing electronic signature adopters and providers, were actively involved in the policy change announced on Feb. 3, 2014 by the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) to now accept electronic signatures on documents associated with mortgage loans. From the onset of the initiative, the FHA sought insight and best practices from ESRA members for the adoption and use of e-signatures.
