FHA announces 2015 loan limits

The Federal Housing Administration has announced its loan limits for 2015, and the limits for the highest and lowest cost areas will remain the same in the new year. For areas considered to be “high cost,” including San Francisco, Washington, D.C., New York, and some parts of Los Angeles, the FHA loan limit will remain at the national ceiling, $625,500.
